ERS for Organizations

The ERS is designed to be used by organizations or departments that are responsible for helping individuals become successfully employed, more effective in their current position, and/or plan ahead for future career transitions. Because the Scale is a self-assessment, the individual needs to  be motivated to provide honest answers in order to get a useful Feedback Report. The ERS is not appropriate for use in situations where individuals are trying to prove that they are the best candidate for a particular position.
